RULES OF THE SITE• All rules of Proboards ToS apply.
• When it comes to cursing, don't take it too far, occasionally, fine. But don't get stupid with it. It just makes you look like a fool when you go too far.
• No spamming. We won't be happy if you make just one word OOC posts, at least try to put in a few words, five or so wouldn't kill you.
• Double-posting is a no. We have an edit button for a reason. We went through the trouble of finding a code that axes that jarring "Last edit by..." message when you do so.
• Flaming, trolling, baiting, anything of the sort is not allowed, looked down upon, and is a very quick way to get into trouble. We mean business on this one. So, keep it friendly. And be respectful to the members
• Don't post your advertisements or affiliations anywhere but the correct forum for it.
• This is an english site, so please speak english. No tween talk ("c u l8er" for example), use proper grammar and spelling.
• Keep it PG-13, yo.
• Just use common sense, really.IN CHARACTER RULES
• Do not make yourself out to be a God.
• No Godmodding. Godmodding is when you control someone else's character, their reactions to what happens, or deciding if they get hit or not. This rule however, is void if you manage to get the permission of the person on the receiving end to do such a thing.
• No powerplaying. Powerplaying is similar to Godmodding, and even shares some of its qualities, but in a way, affects your character more than the other person's. An example would be effortlessly dodging every hit, even when it makes no sense. Once again, your character is not a God, they are mortal. Be realistic, people.
• We all have muse deflation, sometimes our brain just refuses to work with us. But for the love of all that is holy, please try not to do any one liners. If your muse is hurting and you just can't think, we'll excuse the occasional one-liner. But at least try to get a full paragraph in, it's not that difficult.
• Proper English does so much in the long run.
• Consent is needed to kill off a character, except in cases of incredible stupidity.
• Actions have consequences. Always be aware of this. If your character does something stupid, they could be punished for it. If they do something mind numbingly stupid, they could die. For example, if you charge Kalros armed with only a pistol... your character's going to die, end of story.OOC CHARACTER RESTRICTIONS
• You can start with four characters, but to have anymore, you need to get 50 posts on the last character. You need to be active with all of them; do not bite off more than you can chew!
• For the face claim. You cannot use real life people. This is an animanga site, though we do allow the use of face claims from video games as well. And admittedly, if enough art of a certain character that doesn't fall into these exists, we'll make exceptions for it.
• Post with the character at least once every two weeks. Otherwise they'll be moved to the Dead/Inactive board. Canon roles will be freed up.
• In addition to the above rule, if you lose a canon role due to not posting once every two weeks, and you want that canon roleback, then you have to redo the entire application once again. No copy and pastes of the previously used application will be accepted.GRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
• Nothing that stretches the page please.
• Signatures can be 500x225 at the most.
