[/font][/ul]This is a list of the obtainable abilities. Not much to say about that. At certain levels, you grab another ability and so on and so forth until you've gotten the max amount of abilities. You start off with only one class ability, but you get to pick only one personal skill. However, Soldiers cannot take any skills aside from their Personal Skill, Combat Mastery, and Spectre Training if inducted. Adepts and Vanguard cannot take any Technological Abilities. Infiltrators and Engineers cannot take any Biotic abilities. If a skill says CLASS ONLY, then only that class can take it, no exceptions. PROMOTED CLASS ONLY means they cannot be taken in the first 20 levels. But they are not required to do so. They can take one of the neutral abilities if they so wish.
But when do you get abilities? Essentially, it works like this.
Upon Acceptance: One skill from the Personal section and one biotic or tech skill depending on your class (barring Soldiers).
Level 10 Base Class: One biotic or tech skill depending on class (barring soldiers)
Level 20 Base Class: One biotic or tech skill depending on class (barring soldiers)
Upon Promotion: One biotic or tech skill depending on class
Level 10 Promoted Class: One biotic or tech skill depending on class
Level 20 Promoted Class: One biotic or tech skill depending on class
Upon Induction into the Spectre Class: One biotic or tech skill depending on class
Level 10 Spectre: One biotic or tech skill depending on class
